Working With Us

We’ll be the first to admit that we aren’t for everyone. We are not a silver bullet, a get-rich-quick scheme, or an automated solution you can set and ignore. We love working with people who are passionate about their businesses, who are ready to put some muscle behind their marketing, who embrace a long-term strategy, and who want to participate in their growth. We work with serious and committed mortgage / real estate professionals only. We meet lots of people, date few, and marry for keeps.

We Need an LTR

We’re looking for a long-term relationship with our customers. Getting to know each other takes time, and producing long-lasting results takes even longer. If you’re looking for a one-night stand, we’re not your fella.

We Need Open Communication

The best way to keep everyone’s expectations aligned is to have an open line of communication. We promise to be open and honest with you if you promise to do the same. This will keep our relationship healthy and happy.

We Need Our Values Aligned

How we think about our customers can make a huge difference in the perceived outcome of our efforts together. We want to make sure you feel the same way about things that we do. Read through our values to see if we’re a good fit.

It’s important to us that we work with companies who share the same values that we do—companies who we’re proud to represent and who we’d use ourselves. We want you to be just as personal, honest, awesome, giving, and unique as we are (which happen to be our five values).

We Need You to Participate

You might not know it, but even though we’re doing the hustling, you’re a HUGE part of the success of our efforts. You are the subject matter expert, and you know all the cool stuff. So while we may do our own research and ask you lots of questions, you’re the bee’s knees when it comes to knowing your craft.

We Need You to Receive Value

We want to make sure you’re receiving the value you’re paying for. Value comes not only in the ROI numbers but also in perceived or indirect results. We’ll set our performance metrics together and go over those often. Our goal is to over-inform and over-deliver.
